You’ll start by sending in 3 months of financial data, credit card statements, bank accounts, loan balances, 401k, investments, mortgage, and more (with account numbers crossed off, of course). Marla will review everything and identify patterns, leaks, and opportunities in how your money flows.
You’ll receive a personalized budget that works for you, not someone else's system. This includes a debt payoff plan, an emergency fund strategy, and a smart approach to spending that aligns with your values and financial goals.
You’ll each (or just you) answer reflective questions to uncover how your money beliefs were shaped—and how they might be helping or hindering your progress. This piece is eye-opening and often where the biggest mindset shifts happen.
Once your financial review is complete, you’ll meet with Marla for a deep dive conversation. She’ll walk you through the findings, offer insights on your spending patterns, show you where to reallocate funds, and discuss how your beliefs and behaviors are influencing your current reality.
After you’ve had time to live with your new plan, you’ll meet again around week 4–5 to assess what’s working, where you’re still stuck, and how to adjust. A final session around week 8 helps you make lasting shifts, refine your strategy, and decide if you’d like continued support.
